Terms and Conditions :
• This Rate starting from 1 December 2554 onwards
• Long weekend are New Year Holiday ( (December 31, 2554 - January 2, 2555)
and The Songkarn Festival (13-15 April 2554)
• All rates are nett & quoted in Thai baht.
• Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Check in time is 14:00 & check out time is 12:00 (noon).
• All extra bed rates include breakfast.
• 1 Extra bed per bedroom -Max. 3 guests; except 2-children can stay with parents. All children aged between 6-12 years old are charged for extra bed. All children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cot is not available.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Due to our small-scale property, we are unable to confirm any bookings until payment of the required deposit has been received.
• To ensure the comfort, security and satisfaction of our guests, pets are not allowed anywhere inside the resort.
• We are a non-smoking inner the villas and bungalowst. Your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
